Why are our training courses different?
Many providers focus exclusively on learning through play when it comes to team building. Our experience shows that this is not enough for sustainable success. We go one step further: each exercise is followed by targeted feedback, reflection and systemic coaching questions. These learning loops help participants to recognize “blind spots” and gain practical added value.

Classic team development

Up to four generations work together in companies today – sometimes with completely different values, work attitudes and goals. Baby boomers in their early sixties meet Gen Z in their early twenties. Hybrid teams in particular often lack the important “we” feeling, as members rarely meet in person. Our innovative team development program was developed specifically for such teams: One part takes part in the exercises physically on site, the other interactively online. We attach great importance to ensuring that the online participants also feel fully integrated and actively involved – for real team spirit, no matter where.
