Thomas Sutter – Founder of Team Change Xperience
Who am I and why Team-Change-Xperience?
If you’ve been involved in organizing team events and team development programmes for a while, you may remember me.
I founded Conray AG in 2004 and sold the company 14 years later. Back then in Reichenburg, we were the market leader in Switzerland for experience-oriented team events and team-building programs for corporate clients.
In 2009, I founded the subsidiary “Conray International” in Dubai, UAE. The focus here was on practice-oriented team development programs. In the same year, I also launched the subsidiary “Conray Intercultural” in Switzerland. (Dissolved in 2016)
In 2017, I set up “Lasergame Schweiz GmbH” in Zofingen. The company has been running completely autonomously for a few years now and I can concentrate purely on strategic development.

Melina Lohner – Marketing and HR
As the central coordinator, Melina connects our team of almost 20 specialized experts who design our training courses, seminars, workshops and coaching sessions with passion and expertise. In addition to her role in Human Resources, she is responsible for marketing, in particular web design and print. With her commitment, Melina ensures that our content is presented professionally.
